Valterra acquires Go Power! division from Carmanah Technologies

Mission Hills, Calif. - Valterra Products, LLC has announced its acquisition of the Go Power! division from Carmanah Technologies Corp., a supplier specializing in off-grid solar power for recreational vehicles, work truck/long haul trucking, industrial and marine applications. The Go Power! extensive product line includes solar panels, battery chargers, transfer switches and inverters.

Valterra Products LLC Acquires ‘Diamond Group’

Valterra Products announced its acquisition of the assets of Diamond Group, a supplier specializing in LED lights and accessories for recreational vehicles, manufactured homes, marine and commercial applications.

The extensive product line includes LED interior and exterior lights, replacement bulbs, light strips and Hott Rod water heaters.

Hu Langston, owner and president of the Diamond Group, has agreed to join Valterra as general manager for LED products.

Continental Structural Plastics to Acquire Magna’s Composites Operations

Auburn Hills, Michigan, July 17, 2014 — Continental Structural Plastics (CSP), a global leader in lightweight composite solutions, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the composites operations of Magna Exteriors. Timken to Acquire Drives LLC, Further Expanding Power Transmission Line

CANTON, Ohio, Aug. 31, 2011  — The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today announced it has agreed to acquire privately held Drives LLC for $92 million in cash. Based in Fulton, Ill., Drives is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered drive-chains, roller-chains and conveyor augers for the agricultural and industrial marketplace. The company posted sales of approximately $100 million in the last 12 months, with 430 employees in North America.
