GREGORY D. SCOTT

Greg directs the private equity and growth capital investment activities of Scott Capital. He has completed transactions spanning a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare and technology. Greg serves on the boards of portfolio companies Valterra Products, LLC and Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc., and previously served on the boards of Continental Structural Plastics, Inc., Drives, LLC and L.E. Technologies, LLC. In addition, he has worked extensively with several of the firm's portfolio companies in various hands-on roles. From 2000 to 2012, Greg led the private equity group at Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC, where he had leadership responsibility for sourcing, analyzing, executing, monitoring and exiting the firm’s private equity investments. Mr. Scott's previous finance and consulting work experience includes positions at The Blackstone Group, McKinsey & Company and Merrill Lynch. Greg earned his BS with highest distinction from The Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

F. BRADLEY SCHOLTZ  

Brad is responsible for originating and evaluating private equity and growth capital situations for Scott Capital. Brad has experience with industrial manufacturing and defense related companies, as well as several other industries. From 2007 to 2012, he was a member of the private equity group of Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC. Prior to joining Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC, he began his career as an accountant at Arthur Young, worked as an investment banker at McFarland Dewey & Co and L.F Rothschild, and served as a consultant to several major corporations and private equity firms. Brad received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.

ANDREW K. MAURER

Andrew focuses his efforts on the private equity and growth capital investment activities of Scott Capital. Throughout his career, Andrew has participated in multiple transactions across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare and consumer products. From 2008 to 2012, Andrew was a member of the private equity group at Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC. Prior to his tenure at Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC, Andrew was employed by Barrington Associates, a boutique investment bank that was subsequently acquired by Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, where he provided merger and acquisition advisory services to middle-market companies. Andrew earned his BA in Economics and Political Science from Williams College and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
