Tokyo, Japan, January 5, 2017 — Teijin Limited announced today that it has completed the acquisition of all the shares of Continental Structural Plastics Holdings Corporation (CSP), a global leader in automotive lightweight composite technologies. This USD 825 million acquisition was completed on 3 January, Eastern Standard Time.
