Valterra Products LLC today (May 11) announced its pending acquisition of the assets of Phoenix Products Inc., a manufacturer for nearly 40 years specializing in producing American-made faucets for recreational vehicles, manufactured homes, marine and residential applications.
Auburn Hills, Michigan, July 17, 2014 — Continental Structural Plastics (CSP), a global leader in lightweight composite solutions, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the composites operations of Magna Exteriors. This acquisition, which will make CSP the world’s largest sheet molding composites (SMC) compounder and manufacturer, includes the assets of five Magna facilities located in North America.

CANTON, Ohio, Aug. 31, 2011 — The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today announced it has agreed to acquire privately held Drives LLC for $92 million in cash. Based in Fulton, Ill., Drives is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered drive-chains, roller-chains and conveyor augers for the agricultural and industrial marketplace. The company posted sales of approximately $100 million in the last 12 months, with 430 employees in North America.
